May 17 start date would be ideal, but we are flexible. This is a nice modern one bedroom apartment in a luxury building. The view is great, especially for sunsets, as it is west facing. The daybed on the balcony is great for enjoying the sunshine or stargazing at night. You would have the apartment entirely to yourself and be fully responsible for the remainder of the lease. The staff here are wonderful and very helpful/great with communication. The building includes an awesome rooftop deck with fire pit and grills, as well as a redwood grove, which is very peaceful. This will come fully furnished. It also includes some cookware, dinnerware and silverware. If you'd like to own the furniture, we are happy to sell it all for $4,000 total.
