We purchased this house in 2023 and since then we had Ohio basement systems out to waterproof the basement(2023), added new metal roofing to the house and garage(2024) done by Nelson Weaver Roofing, the garage has been re-sided(2024) also Nelson Weaver Roofing. The yard has been fenced in(2024) done by Youngstown Fence. New driveway done (2025) by SureLine. We've also added hand rails to the porch(2025) done ourselves. Central air has now been added to this home (March 20206) done by Gault heating and cooling including a new furnace (2026). More pictures and improvements to come.
