One small studio, downstairs (underneath my condo). It has a heater, walk in closet, mini refrigerator, small stove/oven. Must bring you own bed. We have a washer and dryer that you may use on 2 specific days of the week. No pets, no other people living with you. No parties or groups of friends allowed over. Must park in the street. A family of 4 live upstairs (mom, dad, 2 babies and a Chihuahua). No blasting music. About 2 miles from Vanguard University. Must be female, preferably a Vanguard University student. Absolutely no drug use or smoking of any kind and that includes vaping. Must be a female student at Vanguard University
