I am renting a 3 bedroom house in Norman that is located off N. Berry Road, between Main Street and Robinson. It is about a 5 minute drive, or 10 minute bike ride to the University Of Oklahoma. All 3 bedrooms are currently available, and I am hoping to rent to 2-3 people that already know each other and want to be roommates. I do not live at the house. Has washer/dryer, air conditioning, microwave, main bathroom and a second restroom, attic storage space, porch and patio, front, back, and side lawns, and is located in a safe and nice neighborhood. House is clean, and kept, and non-smoking. I frequently rent to OU students, and grad students, and in the past I have done short-term leasing with international students, and people with internships. Some furniture is provided (chair and sofas), or can easily be removed to make room for your stuff. Movie, music, and art buffs are a plus. However, any clean, kind, and considerate people are the perfect candidates. Please, no racism, sexism and homophobia. Rent is $1,000. I take care of all lawn and handyman duties, and only require that roommates pick up after themselves and keep common areas clean. I sincerely apologize to animal lovers, but I cannot accommodate cats or dogs at this time.
