This Raptor toy hauler is a one of a kind remodel. We wanted to make this fifth wheel as spacious and relaxing as possible, and have loved our time with is but will be moving soon and cannot take it with us. It has two bedrooms, a living room and a loft. It has two slides and is capable of sleeping 8 to 10 depending on how it is furnished. There are custom stone counters, new flooring/color throughout, electric fireplace, new faucets/shower components, new shades/cellular curtains, and new lighting fixtures/celing fans. I can't stress enough that everything involved in this process was done with the highest quality brands available. There is a toy hauler that has been insulated/carpeted/painted to convert it into a second bedroom. One wall was turned into a full size chalk board. There is a brand new unused portable a/c for that room to help supplement the central unit in the master bedroom/living room There is also a loft above the living room that fits up to a queen size mattress. There is a steel ladder that attaches. We recently had the water heater serviced/upgraded as very hot water and a large heater are very important to us. We use the electric fireplace and it heats the whole place, but there is also a central gas heating range if needed. There is one vent in the toy hauler in which the fan is not functioning. We haven't taken the time to call for a repair because we simply would never use the component anyway. As stated earlier, we will be moving. The unit is fully hooked up and ready to move in/haul off AND lot rent is paid in full until October 2020. That means that anyone who purchases it will have the option of living in the community rent free for 8 months provided they pass the necessary background checks. You only pay electric!
