Check out our utility and technology package! For 2-bedroom apartments, a monthly flat rate of $290 is applied and covers water/sewer, electricity, gas, internet/cable services, and pest control. Trash removal is not included and is $5/month. A monthly allowance per unit for electricity is $200; excess is billed back to the resident. If opting out of utility package, utilities are under the resident's name: Water is through the city of Eden, electricity is through Duke Energy. Internet/cable are through Spectrum.
