This complex is great, beautiful, has an updated kitchen with granite, stainless steel appliances and pets are welcome! There is a pool, small gym and children's playground available on site. Security Deposit: $500 - Base Rent from October to December: $1832 - Utilities are not included: Trash, Sewage and Water are usually around $70 per month - If you have a pet: $500 security deposit and $50 additional monthly for pet rent - We are not subletting this apartment, we will be signing off the lease and the new tenants will be working with the leasing office. We will be moving out of our apartment at the end of September and need someone to cover our lease from October-December($1832).
