We require a 1 year lease and can/will go month to month after that. There is a minimum deposit equal to one month's rent. Pets extra. Must have good credit. The local schools are very good and include Frank Vessels Elementary (A- on Niche), Lexington Jr HS (A- on Niche) and Cypress HS (A on Nche). Owner pays for water and lawn/plant care. Renter is responsible for gas and electric. Rent due at signing and due by 10th day of every month. No smoking. Small pets up to 50 pounds permitted, but will add $50 to monthly rent. Credit check required.
