Our spectacular Lakefront Paradise house with dock is a rare gem! Incredible sunrises and sunsets on the lake, watersports and fishing nirvana. Bring your boat and put it on the lift, jet skis on the roller cradles, and fish from the dock. Our big, custom home is a slice of heaven in an incredibly friendly neighborhood called Nova Bay. We are also connected to 5 other lakes by canals...it doesn't get much better than this!! More photos will be forthcoming. This is currently a fully furnished rental but is possible to remove everything if you wish the house to be empty, negotiable. We prefer no pets but are willing to discuss your situation and a pet deposit if necessary. No Smoking No Partying and loud music, we love our amazing neighbors and want to respect them. Parking-three car garage in picture but the single door will be inaccessible and completely blocked off for owner belongings. Plenty of parking on driveway and to side and front of driveway. Owner closer upstairs (not in pictures) will also be locked. We wish to comply with all county and HOA rules, so a 6-12 month contract and stay is ideal but can discuss all options you may be interested in. Application and background check fee is $50 Utilities included: water, sewer, garbage, recycling Not included: electricity, propane, internet, lawn mowing service $130/m, HOA $35/m, Pest control (Massey) $40/m Maintenance responsibilities are negotiable and reasonable. Minor, appropriate issues should be tenants' responsibility (think tripped circuit breaker, smoke detector needing a battery change, etc.) while major maintenance we have a handyman on standby. $200 Cleaning fee for end of contract, also negotiable depending on condition of how the house is left. Minimum rental is 6 months but prefer a 1 or 2-year rental or year with month-to-month extension. Realtors will be unable to sublet this property, this is not a short-term rental.
