Please note: There will be a cleaning fee of $200, and a damage deposit of $1000 (1500 if you include a pet). Fees paid upfront. All approvals will be made by the owners. No smoking, no illegal behaviors. Small dog may be considered with extra pet fee. ID and lease agreement required. All applicants must have excellent credit, positive rental references and proof of income. Final approval to be made by owner.
