I live on site, in the main house, and keep up the garden regularly. The back patio garden is a shared space, leading to my back door and to your front door through the garden gate at the top of the driveway. The tenant of the Nest has one parking space on the driveway, and we have ample street parking always along the perimerter of our corner lot. It is expected that tenants will adhere to local recycling and composting practices, and bins/supplies for ease of adherence are provided and easily accessible, tidy. Ours is a pleasant and peaceful little hideaway, full of flowers, fruiting trees, and many happy birds, and located one block from a park with a dedicated Dog Park within it, and the neighborhood is full of dog walkers at most hours, as our street is a dedicated Greenway for this purpose. :)
