There is bicycle storage in the basement and a garden behind the building. It's conveniently located. I own the unit and am looking for a considerate, conscientious tenant(s). The apartment is unfurnished. I may move back into the unit in a year so I can't guarantee that renewing the lease in September, 2021 will be an option.
