Private bedroom with shared detached bathroom in a historic mansion walking distance from Winthrop University and some local restaurants. Fully furnished house and room has onsite laundry, off street parking, monthly cleaning service, high speed wifi, chef's kitchen and keyless door locks. Common areas include a plant filled butler's pantry, dining room, living room with piano, outside patio, BBQ and outdoor dining area. The home has been renovated over the past 5 years and we continually improve and upgrade it with each year. Our guests are all busy professionals and students so the house is very quiet and everyone loves the friendliness of our guests but the privacy that is maintained. This room shares a very large full bathroom with two other rooms on the first floor, which is cleaned weekly by the housekeeping staff.
