Finally! A pool home on beachside with all of the hard stuff already upgraded! Roof re-done in 2011, all the cast iron drains replaced with PVC in 2017, both bathrooms FULLY REMODELED (and they are spectacular!), carpets are just over a year old, smart home capable with nest thermostats and smoke detectors, etc, etc, etc!
