This Very large suite is inside a 4300 square-foot house. It has been constructed to feel as your own private home with your private entrance. Call me anytime I will describe the description of how the layout works I'd be happy to video chat with you so you can see it live. It is in a very unique environment, very peaceful, truly, a sanctuary location, nestled up on the base of Bearwallow Mountain Road is truly one of a kind living experience. You are 25 minutes from Asheville 25 minutes to Hendersonville 30 to Black Mountain and 15 minutes from Lake Lure. Simply far away from the city, but close enough for working there for going out in the evening or even getting groceries . The photographs are exactly the way the unit is everything is very well kept up very spacious exuding natural lighting throughout the space windows in every room a home inside a home everything you see in the photos is only for your use. very easy to enter the home well lit up at night security cameras, just for peace of mind to be clear its a extremely safe area peaceful, and quiet. We are a very low-key environment. I would prefer someone with not such a big Social life with the conscious mindset. We are a smoke-free environment. I am very conscious of my guest in the home honoring their privacy as long as you can treat the space like it's your own an honoring the space as if you had worked hard in your lifetime to be able to create a space for other's to have a safe haven then I think that you could be a fit. The only utility is a 30% fee for the overall electric. Everything else is included your Wi-Fi garbage pick up grounds kept water. We have an Insta hot so you'll never run out of hot water and has fabulous water pressure the Suite definitely has room if you have personal belongings. I take a lot of pride in this space. I'm confident that the right person will find comfort here in The Sanctuary.. THE ONLY UTILITY FEE IS 30% of the ELECTIC .
