The neighborhood is far enough away from town that the stars are easily visible at night. The neighborhood is quiet and we have never had an issue. The only traffic through the neighborhood are residents/visitors, and I have never had to worry about vehicles speeding down the street. The neighborhood is a great place for children to play. Also, there will be a new elementary school and community center built in the future. The lots for these facilities have already been selected. The home is also located close to Fort Carson (10 min) and Peterson (5 min).Tenant pays for all utilities.
