All of our utilities have been very reasonable, due, in part to the new, energy efficient construction.Each bedroom has a walk-in closet and plenty of room for a bed, dresser, and nightstands. Currently, our second bedroom serves as both a guest room and our office - room for both! The master bedroom has a connecting bathroom and a second (guest) bathroom is located by the second bedroom. The size of this apartment is great and would be perfect for a family or roommates.The living room/kitchen area is so spacious for a downtown rental! There is plenty of cabinet-space in the kitchen for all of your appliances and cooking tools - rare for a downtown apartment. The kitchen island can be used for seating with barstools (2-4 stools can fit, comfortably).RENT DETAILS.This 2BD/2BA apartment is available for sublease from April 2015 through August 28, 2015.
