The cabin is 36 by 16. A rustic place to get away. There is electricity but we catch our water. City water is available on the street. There is a air conditioner and a wood stove. A great place to camp or a place to live while you build. There are two sixteen by sixteen rooms. A great second property getaway especially if you like folk music and outdoor activities, or a great starter for ownership. The cabin is located on Dodd Mountain off Luber Road. From the square look South for the Blue Water Tower. (Bing seems to be a little confused at where my cabin is, you might want to do a search on Google Earth.) I can be contacted at 870 210 1284.
