    Great Hunting camp or getaway property. Mixed hardwoods with a Large Pond. Dirt/some gravel driveway is overgrown but still makes for access back to nice level area. So many possibilities; clear some trees and build your Cabin or Camp. Walk through brush on old driveway back to old shed/fence area and in North Western corner of the property is a concrete pad and remains from old dilapidated cabin. Walk to Coyle Hill State forest just down the road for 2,343 Acres to Hunt or explore. Electric available and Verizon wireless service was good on my phone. Great location a short drive to the Genesee River, Rushford Lake and Cuba Lake for more summer recreation.
