The studio has its own entrance through the north driveway and is connected to the main house, which is not accessible to guests, ensuring both privacy and comfort. Street parking only is available during your stay. You will access the driveway, and a code will be provided upon check-in. The lockbox will contain a key for the driveway access gate and a key for your suite. Once you open the gate, stairs will lead down to the unit on the left. Step outside onto the spacious patio to enjoy the fresh air and breathtaking ocean views. Please note when booking this room, the patio outside of the unit is the only outdoor access that will be available to you. The lower yard areas and beach access are not available unless booking the upgraded access. The upgraded access details will include: A large shared yard (accessible by stairs) where you'll find a cozy Palapa with a daybed, hammock, BBQ, and jacuzzi. From here, a pathway leads directly to a private beach with access at low tide, as well as a deck with seating by the shore for you to relax and take in the ocean's beauty. Please note that the outdoor areas are shared with the main house and another unit. While offering plenty of space and a relaxing atmosphere, they are not fully private. This studio provides the perfect coastal getaway, with everything you need to unwind and enjoy the beauty of La Jolla.
