We reside on the property, so we are looking not only for a good tenant but a good neighbor. Currently in the process of making repairs/renovations including installation of brand new fridge/freezer and an induction oven. Cottage will be ready for occupancy by September 15, possibly sooner. Rent is set at $2,100 a month and includes water/garbage/pest control service (as needed). Other utilities will be the responsibility of the tenant.
