Hot tub rules include showering with soap and water before entering, entering and exiting slowly where the stairs are located, no jumping or diving, no glass in or near the hot tub, and no use of alcohol, narcotics, or medications on the premises and in the hot tub. Elderly or pregnant women should consult a doctor before entering the hot tub. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Do not enter if the temperature is higher than 104 degrees Fahrenheit. Limit your soak to 15 minutes and cool off before re-entry. Anyone with heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure, or any serious illness should consult a doctor before entering the hot tub. Replace the spa cover after each use, do not sit or lie down on the spa cover, turn off jets after use, do not use soap or oils in the spa, and turn off Bluetooth speakers after 10 pm in the spa. Be respectful of the neighbors, as this is a family-friendly neighborhood.
