    I have a room available upstairs in my 2 story condo. The bathroom and half-bath would be shared with another female and is not attached to either room. Female renters only. I have a 4 lb dog and a cat. Neither shed. Renter can't have cat, another small dog may be considered if female. This house is clean. New wood floors on 1st level, updated kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. Community has 2 pools, gym, tennis courts and lake access. Well taken care of, renter-roommate would be held to the same standard. We love wine nights but crazy parties are a no-go. :)
