The good, the bad and everything in between. Total redo. Seller will do no repairs. Attached is disclosure, bill showing new roof in 2012 and plumbing work in 2018. Metal siding, aluminum windows, previous occupant was suppose to do repairs but did not. Large corner lot full fenced. Historical north district. Do not know if central heat and air are working. Probably could use a new floor plan. Needs some shims and piers but fairly level. No blind offers. Needs experienced remodelers.
