In the rare instance that you cannot have your first choice, the application can be applied to a home similar in price. All of our homes are pet friendly! Pet Policy: There is a pet deposit that is $250 for one pet and $100 for each additional pet with a maximum of 3 pets. There is also pet rent each month with $25 for the first pet, and $10 for each additional pet. Once approved, a Reservation Binder and $150 nonrefundable flat fee reserves the home. This fee is not applied to first months rent or security deposit.
