The main floor has the kitchen and living room (complete with wood burning fireplace). There is a ladder access loft "bedroom" with a queen mattress (built into the room). The lower level is the master bedroom and bathroom, a walk-in closet space and the laundry room. Home is equipped with a water softener and propane forced air furnace. There are huge decks surrounding the home and a hot tub on the lower level near the master bedroom door. Outside is the small grass area, large shed and garden boxes. You will need four wheel drive and snow tires (not all season) in the winter months. The dirt road leading up to the house is plowed in the winter, but there may be days that walking is required the last 1/3 mile. The driveway is also plowed, but the tenant will need to use the small hand held snow blower (will be provided) to keep the decks and pathways clear of snow.
