Whew! A lot has been done to improve this home! New exterior and interior paint! New carpeting and new LVP! Deck was totally rebuilt to code. New A/C compressor unit with 5 year warranty! Bathrooms were refreshed with new tile in S/T combo in MBTH and new plumbing in both. New garage door opener on right side, garage doors repaired and keyless entries programmed. Some new landscaping added as well as railing. Outside spigots now work and there's a new valve for the main water shut off valve. 3 windows in kitchen were repaired. New front door. Minor foundation repairs made so there is no water penetration even after our recent storm. HVAC serviced! Roof inspected, whole house inspected and termite treatment done! Even the neighbors have expressed gratitude for the work done on this place!
