Hello,This home is perfect for a couple or for one person if you like luxury and space!You can have the master bedroom with a private bathroom with sink, shower, and toilet. There is a sliding door connected to a huge fully fenced backyard. And there is a big walk-in closet attached to this room. There is a very comfortable queen sized bed, dresser, and desk in the master bedroom for you, but I can take them out if you don't want them.You can have the garage to park your car if you like. The house is FULLY FURNISHED with its own washer/dryer, fridge, microwave, tons of cookware, dining room, couches, and entertainment center with big flat screened TV.There is a fully furnished guest room with a mini fridge, which is left vacant for your guests anytime!The home is located one street behind the Savemart shopping center which also has a bunch of delicious restaurants. And it is down the street from the UCD school (about 10 minute bike ride).You would be sharing this home with a couple. They both work and one person is a professional student. There is a house-trained rabbit. Everyone is very clean, courteous, respectful, and kind.You can move in mid-December, early January, or anytime really, but hopefully sooner than later.The cost is $840-920/month (depending if you want the garage parking space), not including PG&E, which has been very cheap. However, water, sewage, and trash are included. And there is wifi in the house which is also shared and very cheap.
