I am transferring the lease of my current 1-bedroom apartment unit, for May 1 move-in. The apartment is situated in DeBaliviere Place, nice residential neighborhood, right by Delmar Boulevard (however this unit is south facing so there's hardly any noise from Delmar at all). If you own a car, the building has gated parking attached for a monthly fee, and has free street parking outside. If you're a washu student, this building is walking distance to two shuttle lines as well as the metro station. It's also a pet friendly building and tenants can own pets with a fee. The apartment has in-suite laundry, dishwasher, AC and ceiling fans, and a walk-in closet. Both the living room and the bedroom are quite spacious (the bed in the photo is king size) and get lots of natural light. The building management and maintenance team are both generally quite responsive and helpful. The lease transfer will be a formal transfer through the building management. You'll apply directly with the management team, have your application approved, and sign a new long-term lease. Water is included in the rent and tenants pay for electricity, gas and internet.
