Great fixer upper. For sale by owner. New electric. Plumbing is newer. Needs floors drywall and drywall repair. Bathroom needs updated. This house is tucked off the road a little bit that has awesome neighbors that watch the house when I'm not there. There is a tax lien on the house that will be negotiated off during the sale if still applicable. You will not be responsible for it. Let me know if you would like to see it.
