Residents pay for Electric, Gas, Water, Sewage and Trash but should be very reasonable since they are shared with all the residents. FREE parking spaces for residents who have vehicles are included with the apartment! PET POLICY: Authorized cats are allowed for an additional $20/month fee and a $300 pet deposit. No dog allowed here. Cat must be spayed or neutered and be at least 6 months old and box trained. 100% refundable security deposit is equal to the rent and is due at the time of the lease signing. There is no application fee but there is a $60/person admin fee due with the first rent payment.
