The house needs work. Hasn't been remodeled in years. It does have aprox 3000 square foot shop that was built about 15 years ago. He built it tall enough that he was going to put an apartment up top. Sadly they passed before they had that done. I live near Galveston. This was my mom's property . She bought it in approx 1975 needs total remodel one bedroom and laundry need lots of work. It does have a shower and a sink in the laundry room
