A new job took us from our lovely home and we are looking for great tenants to take care of our place as if it were theirs. We used 2 of the bedrooms as office space, which is great for remote work. The bedrooms downstairs and upstairs are great to use as masters. The porch is a great space to BBQ. The walk-out basement leads to the yard which has been complimented by our lawn service as "the best grass I have seen in CO" and our dogs agree. The tenant can take over lawn service with our guy, or take care on their own (mowing a minimum of 2 weeks in the summer). The tenant is responsible for utilities. Dogs are negotiable with a pet deposit ($200). Unfortunately, we are not accepting cats. No smoking. 12 months lease.
