The studio is on the second floor of a 3 stories building. It's in an Inn. It has a balcony with a great view. The studio has a king size bed with a full tub/shower and double sinks. Please know the unit does not have a kitchen. For the convenience, the room is equipped with a coffee machine, microwave, a small fridge, and a humidifier. It also has a table and 2 chairs. The Inn has a heated outdoor pool, 4 hot tubs, a gym, a game room, a family room, a barber shop, several laundry rooms, and an US post office. The electricity, water, HD cable, internet are all included in the base rent. There is no extra charge for these services. A screen door is installed to help cooling off on hot summer days, no AC. There is a one time $150 resort fee (first month) and $120 cleaning fee for the Inn and housekeeper. Security deposit will be refunded after checking out if everything is good as the move in condition. The Inn is on the LIFT bus route with limited bus schedule. With one way travel time about 45 minutes to Winter Park.
