A swimming pool, several hot tubs, a convention center, a restaurant, a game room, family room, barber shop, laundry room, US postal service, tennis court are available on site. No AC. Fan is provided for hot summer days. A screen door is installed for air circulation. Electricity, Internet, cable, water are provided without extra change. These service are basic level. If additional speed, channel is required, it's tenant responsibility to investigate the installation and charge. No smoking, no pet. Parking lot is at the back side of building.
