In 2023, our family embarked on a thoughtful renovation of this cozy 1950's lakeside cottage, ensuring that its Vermont charm and nostalgic ambiance were preserved while transforming it into a year-round vacation home for our family. It is nestled in a cove; allowing for calmer waters and peaceful sunrises. Each summer we put the 20 ft. dock in the water and a lake blanket alongside for swimming. Whether you're grilling on the deck or enjoying your morning cup of coffee; the views from the main floor are amazing! The screened in porch below the main level is a cozy dinner place to still watch the wildlife across the cove at the lily pads. The main floor is complete with dining bar that seats 4, full kitchen, cozy sitting area and pull-out couch in the TV living room and full bath (shower). Up the hardwood stairs you'll find two more generously sized bedrooms; one a king sized bed with picture window looking over the lake and the second a with two full sized beds. Due to the size and cottage feel of the home it is best suited for 2-3 people. Serenity and the beauty of nature await you! Lease term October 15, 2026 to June 13th, 2027. Security deposit due upon signing of lease. Renter is responsible for shoveling their own deck and deck stairs. All utilities and lawn care included.
