    This adorable, single family home is move-in ready! There are three bedrooms on the second floor, each with wall to wall carpeting. The dining and living room are open-concept. There's an eat-in kitchen, but it could easily be switched to more cupboards and counter space. The bathroom has been updated. In the fall, effort was made to replace the porch posts and railings before snow fall, but time ran short and only one section is complete. In the front of the house, there are large rhododendron. The backyard has a flower garden lightly established, just to the right of the basement door. A garden shed/ workshop sits on the edge of the property. A new door and trim will be added soon. There's ample sunlight to grow flowers and/or veggies. Large neighboring maple trees provide some shade, which is great during the warmer months. Under the deck, there is ample space to store toys, bikes, recycling bins, etc. There’s also lots of room for storage in the basement. A washer and dryer are set up in the basement and are included with the property. The heating system is an oil fired boiler. The brand of furnace is Buderus and is one of the best! The furnace has been recently serviced and is running efficiently. It doesn't take long for the house to warm up! The home uses an indirect hot water tank, which is heated by the furnace. Updates needed (for cosmetic reasons) would be a new exterior door off the kitchen, touched up paint on the exterior trim and 2 corner trim pieces of siding. Very minimal upkeep!
