Nice quiet street and neighbors are great. Great location: 3 miles to I-165 aka the William Natcher and 5 miles to the local grocery store. The house needs to be updated. We are wanting to move closer to our grandkids plus downsize, so we dont want to put money into it so selling "As Is" It could be 4 bedrooms. The barn has 4 stalls, electric and water. We did have it fenced in when we had horses, some post are still there but we just use it as a garden spot. CANNOT sell on contract or rent. The price is negotiable.
