Located in a safe, residential neighborhood; an easy walk to Broadway shopping, cafes, etc... The duplex includes off-street parking for two vehicles with space for one under a carport. The lawn/gardening space, and storage shed are shared among the duplex tenants. Gas heat, electric and internet utility expenses are tenants' responsibility. Water and sewer are a landlord responsibility. Duplex tenants share outdoor maintenance responsibilities such as lawn care and snow removal. Sorry, no smoking or large pets permitted.
