The apartment building is only 2 units with the landlord living on the first floor. Bedroom is approximately 10'x13', and can fit a queen size bed along with space for a desk/etc. The room currently has a full size bed in it that you can use it can be taken out. Shared living spaces include bathroom, kitchen, dining room, and living room with TV and printer. Kitchen is stocked with cookware but roommate rarely cooks. In-unit laundry. Window AC units throughout the apartment. In a quiet neighborhood and safe area. 5 minute walk to bus stop at the end of the street for busses into Manhattan (and amazing views of the skyline). 15 minute walk to Port Imperial Ferry terminal. 10 minute walk to Lidl supermarket.
