Jackson 1 exit away. 3 miles House: -9ft Ceilings (or higher downstairs) -Open floor plan -Privacy fenced back yard -New HVAC units -Master is downstairs and separate from the other bedrooms. (good for privacy) -Large master soaking tub with separate shower -Vaulted master bedroom ceiling with fan -Large walk-in closet with his and hers sinks -One upstairs bedroom has hardwood, the other two are carpet. -Has a formal dining room and eat-in kitchen. (or turn the dining room into an office) -Large room over garage can be a bedroom (has a closet) or flex room.
