The apartment is large, sunny, and located in a quiet neighborhood. Hardwood flooring throughout, fully applianced kitchen (with brand new fridge), off street parking for two cars, and a yard. Wall air conditioners (4 total) provided by landlord. There are hookups in basement for a washer and dryer. Pets allowed. Heat and hot water are not included in the rent. Must have proof of income and good credit (you will be required to provide documentation to landlord). Pictures are slightly outdated, all radiators were removed and baseboard heat was installed, both front and back decks were rebuilt, and a new stainless steel fridge was installed a few weeks ago. Lease is from 12/1/2025 - 8/31/2026 with the option to renew the lease next year (start date would be 9/1/2026). Open to 11/15 start.
