It's an easy walk up Pearl St. to UVM and the Medical Center. There is also a bus that runs up the hill. The unit is thoughtfully furnished and equipped high-end appliances and kitchen tools, has new quality mattresses (one queen and one double), a washer/dryer, and off-street parking. No smoking and No pets (usually, but possible with deposit). All utilities are included and Wi-Fi is included too. Window A/C units are provided.
