Looking for a nice quiet family with a with good previous landlord references and rental history; credit does not need to be strong. The strongest candidate will have completed an application and attached a copy of their credit report for faster consideration. If you are not subsidized (section 8) you will need to provide proof of income and ability to pay the rent.
