Washer and dryer. Apartment has attached garage that is shared with other house on property (only used as storage). Please note that wifi works but is not fast. A dog may be ok with additional pet deposit - would need to meet dog and make sure it's a good fit as there are other dogs on property. No more than 1 dog please. Space is big enough for 1-2 people max. Good credit and clear background check required. $30 application fee will cover the credit/background check. First, Last and damage deposit required. Month by month. Owner pays electric, wifi, water, etc. Tenant only pays rent and garbage.
