The building is located very close to downtown Putnam. Two buildings away from a pizza restaurant. It is a 5 unit building with 3 floors. This unit I am showing at the moment is a second floor apartment and is great for folks who live simply and do not require a lot. Decent size living and bedroom, with plenty of cabinetry in the kitchen and room for a table and chairs. Once you sign the original lease it will be for one year. After initial lease is up you will automatically evolve into a month to month category, where a 30 day notice either by yourself or the landlord will be required if moving or the landlord no longer desires to rent the unit. We do request that tenants read the lease carefully to make sure they can abide by it's requirements. We don't require tenants to get renters insurance, but we do highly suggest it.
