So unless you're getting messages directly from zillow it's not me and someone stole my listening to scam people. Please do not wander around the house. I repeat do not wander around the house. My current tenants aren't moved out till the end of June and I received a phone call that people are walkingaroundin the yard. The pictures are older, but will be in same condition when available. bedrooms are on the small side (can fit a queen bed with a little walking room around it) pictures might be deceiving cause I was trying to get the whole room in pictures. kitchen is pretty big and living room/dining room area is pretty big as well. House is heated with natural gas boiler, city sewer, well water, and electric hot water. Tenants are responsible for lawn upkeep (push mower is provided) and snow removal. Not sure when exactly it will be available to view might not be till end of June when current tenants move out.
