We have two small children and love the proximity to 3 different parks, Lake Minear, Des Plaines River walking paths, and tons of activity in town year-round. Neighbors are great in this quiet little corner of town. Safe, accessible, and comfy!! Our current lease runs through April 30, 2022. Renewal options would be for 12 months or longer starting May 1. We have loved this home for 1.5 years. The reason we are leaving is to move closer to family with our small children.
