Looking for a roommate in our 3-bed, 2.5 bath apartment a few blocks from the beach in Hermosa. The apartment includes an ocean view balcony, furnished living room/dining room, and lots of storage. The room is 11x11, carpeted, and has a large closet. This individual would share a bathroom with a couple in another room, but the 1/2 guest bath can also be used for getting ready. Additionally, we have an in-unit washer, dryer, and dishwasher. Utilities are additional, and roughly $100/month extra. The property owner also asks for a deposit equal to a month's worth of rent. No other additional fees. We are easy going people, who enjoy the outdoors (snowboarding, hiking, climbing, etc). We like cooking, socializing, and keep the place clean. We are not huge partiers, but do have small get togethers from time to time, including the occasional Catan game night. We live on the top floor of the unit of the building, with storage in a garage on the ground floor. The room is available Jan 17, so let us know if you are interested! Unfortunately, no pets allowed.
