This house is available for month-to-month rent until April 20th, 2025. Water, gas, electric and the internet are INCLUDED in the rent price. FULLY FENCED YARD. Up to two dogs are welcome. Renters are fully responsible for dogs left unsupervised in the yard. $150 one time pet fee per dog. The garage is in poor repair and will not be available for use. We have a very strict NO SMOKING policy. That includes vaping and marijuana use. Tenants and guests may go out to the back alley to smoke if they need to. Breaking this policy will result in a $500 fine and tenant being responsible to cover all smoke mitigation. Tenants are responsible for basic maintenance such as mowing the lawn, raking leaves, picking up dog poop, shoveling sidewalks, and fixing things they break. Tenants are responsible for letting the landlord know ASAP about bigger maintenance issues so we can stay on top of them. Proof of renter's insurance is required. All tenants must submit a background and credit check in order to be considered.
